Description
Our SUV car will pick you up from the main port of Aegina Island to do with you an amazing tour to the Aegina island. 1st we will visit the Colona archaeological site and museum next to the harbour. After that we will move to the center of the island to visit the biggest monastery in Blakania, the monastery of Saint Nektarios. Next to the monastery, the old medieval city of Aegina is located. The name its Paleochora, that means 'the old place'. There we can hike to the top of the hill, among the 10th century chapels, to enjoy the panoramic view. After that we will visit the Afaia Temple that is the same shape as the Acropolis and in very good condition. In the end we may visit Agia Marina (you may also swim and eat there) or Perdika village, to eat something or we can make a walking tour to the alleys of the main town and eat to a tavern of your choice. You also need to try the traditional pistachio of the island. Finally we will drop you in the main port to take your ferry to Athens.Includes
