Description
Our SUV car will pick you up from the main port of Aegina Island to do with you an amazing tour to the Aegina island. First we will visit the Colona archaeological site and museum next to the harbor. After that we will move to the center of the island to visit the biggest monastery in Blakania, the monastery of Saint Nektarios. Next to the monastery, the old medieval city of Aegina located. The name of its Paleochora, that means 'the old place'. There we can hike to the top of the hill, among the 10th century chapels, to enjoy the panoramic view. After that we will visit the Afaia Temple that is the same shape as Acropolis and in very good condition. In the end we may visit Agia Marina (you may also swim and eat there) or Perdika village, to eat something or we can make a walking tour to the alleys of main town and eat at a tavern of your choice. You need also try the traditional pistachio of the island. Finally we will drop you off at the main port to take your ferry to Athens.Includes
